Luxury Outdoor Doggie Shower
Designed and built in Lincoln, this custom pet-washing station features a chrome thermostatic mixing valve for precision temperature control, safeguarding against scalding. Fitted with a heavy-duty hand sprayer and integrated frost protection.
Unvented Cylinder & Pump Upgrade
We replaced an inefficient, leaking copper cylinder with a modern, highly insulated Gledhill Envirofoam hot water cylinder. Fully compliant with Building Regulations Part G, complete with a high-performance shower booster pump and new zone valves.
Submersible Dirty Water Pump Replacement
Called out to a flooded commercial basement. We safely extracted a corroded, failed pump and upgraded the system to a heavy-duty, stainless steel submersible dirty water pump. Finished with high-pressure backflow prevention.
Punctured Copper Pipe Extraction
Responding to a severe emergency water leak, our specialist engineer located a punctured copper heating line beneath first-floor joists. The damaged section was cropped out and replaced using high-quality WRAS-approved compression fittings.
Blocked Sewer Line Descaling
A block of domestic properties suffered recurring backup. We deployed our vehicle-mounted, 250-bar high-pressure water jetting system to break up stubborn fatbergs and descale the pipe walls to restore maximum flow rate.
Underfloor Heating Diagnostics
Using advanced thermal imaging technology, we diagnosed cold spots in a newly laid screed floor. Our non-invasive technique identified a partial air lock in loop 3, allowing for targeted purging without lifting the floor.

Solving a High-Rise En-Suite Challenge
A property owner in central Lincoln needed to install a full en-suite shower bathroom in a top-floor loft conversion. Gravity drainage was physically impossible due to the building's structural timber framing.
The Solution:
- Installed a specialised Saniflo Up macerator pump behind a low-level toilet suite.
- Connected high-pressure, small-bore 22mm waste pipework to transport waste up and over to the main soil stack.
- Integrated a cold-feed header tank with backflow protection (compliant with Water Regulations Advisory Scheme standards).
Upgrading a 1980s Domestic Boiler Setup
A large detached house in Grantham suffered from poor flow rates, lukewarm radiators on the top floor, and a highly inefficient, corroded copper boiler cylinder.
The Solution:
- Flushed out decades of magnetic iron-oxide sludge with a complete central heating power-flush.
- Fitted a high-performance magnetic sludge filter onto the boiler return line.
- Installed a new high-recovery, pressurised hot water cylinder with digital zone valves for separate upstairs/downstairs heating zones.
