"Superb workmanship, highly recommended. Having used a company via checkatrade known as Able who visited my property, they finished their job, but sadly the issue returned very soon after. I contacted WPS who visited and located the issue very quickly, but this was missed by Able plumber who should have checked it out first. This makes me angry for the amount they charged to do the job. They never even looked at the issue that WPS said straight away what the problem was, and he resolved the issue very quickly. I would highly recommend WPS for any plumbing/drainage work that us needed."

"Had an issue with a leaking tap and loose waste pipe on a bath. Due to the position on the taps and waste pipe being in an alcove and not within normal reach had to have the bath replaced and the pipe work altered to ensure that move the tap to the opposite end of the bath and the waste and overflow to the middle of the bath to ease future maintenance requirements. John has done the job for the price he quoted even though it was more work and took longer than initially expected due to issues discovered when the old bath was removed, fully explained what he was doing and videoed the new pipe work under the bath to show that there are no leaks. Very high standard of work and highly recommend, this is the second job John has done for us, on the previous job he fixed and issue that 3 other plumbers had failed to repair correctly, we will be using him again, in fact we have already booked him to come and do another small job that we need doing as well."

"Highly recommend. Have used John twice in the last two weeks and on both occasions he has completed work competently and at a fair price. Firstly I needed him urgently to repair a shower leaking through the ceiling in a holiday rental cottage. He came the same day and solved the problem in addition to completing plumbing repairs on other sinks and baths suffering from wear and tear. I have since used him in my own house to fit or repair taps in my kitchen, laundry and bathroom. John is not daunted when repairs are not straight forward, always demonstrating a 'can do' attitude and working till problems are resolved."

"Simply AMAZING and not sure how my review can do justice… A guest staying in my furnished holiday let notified me of a leak on the ceiling coming from the bathroom above. In the peak of the holiday season and with guests currently occupying the property, this was unexpected and unfortunate and all made worse being a Sunday afternoon! I stumbled randomly upon John and thank goodness I did. Unbeknown to me, we were 50 miles apart, yet this was zero trouble for John and he happily headed to the job. To say he explored all possible problem areas in such fine detail is an understatement. I received video messages with his commentary whilst testing all of the pipework, toilet, shower, sink, you name it - to justify his process of elimination and fully explain live what he was doing/investigating. His knowledge is second to none. The fault was naturally found, fully fixed and John’s natural determination to future proof problems meant he even resealed and improved multiple wear and tear areas that he believed could cause future issues. Once the job was complete he sent across videos to demonstrate that the bathroom was leak free. All of this was done with care and a respectful friendly manor whilst our guests were still downstairs enjoying the property. John, it has been a pleasure to be your customer and for anyone with plumbing issues, you will not find a more thorough, honest and skilled person than this. Thank you"

"I rang John in the morning to let him know about a faulty washer and dishwasher. He came the same afternoon. He identified the problem with the washer has being a kicked drain pipe and the routing of the pipework. The pipe was ordered and arrived a couple of days later. John came back within a day. He fixed the washer and dishwasher (the fault with the dishwasher was again the routing of the pipework. The insulation of the appliances was carried out by a well-known high street store. John did a fantastic job and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone. John-Thanks for a job well done."

"After receiving letters from Anglian Water saying I had a leak, I eventually contacted WPS after three plumbers were unable to find the problem. After some investigation (also finding me a stopcock tap serving my caravan which I didn’t know I had) John found my header tank was constantly overflowing. He there and then fixed the problem. "John originally came to cap off some radiator pipes but upon investigating he found they had already been done by the previous owner. He could have just packed up after half hour and charged me the minimum 1hr fee but instead he took on a 2nd job, replacing an extremely old toilet pan, that other plumbers had agreed to do but then let me down without a word. John was extremely knowledgeable, explaining why my old toilet had a syphoning flush and set about fitting a new pan ensuring it had a normal flush.
